Slow Sunday® is a wellbeing community built around the idea that life and movement feel better when you follow your own pace. We believe in taking care of yourself in a way that feels natural, enjoyable and sustainable. No pressure or competition, but real people moving, connecting and finding balance in their everyday lives.
Our community brings together runners, movers and people who enjoy feeling good in their bodies. The Slow Sunday Run Club®, our Ghent-based run club, is one of the ways we meet. We always run at a 7:00min/km pace and keep the focus on connection, rather than smashing PR's.
Beyond running, Slow Sunday® creates moments that support a healthy and balanced lifestyle. These include healthy food moments, movement workshops and trying out other sports together.
Slow Sunday® is for anyone who wants to move and live with a little more ease. A community built on good energy, supportive people, post-workout food and drinks, and the shared belief that feeling good is the only real goal.
